​Arrival:
Cheesecakes are shipped frozen with ice packs in an insulated shipping box & should be removed from insulated packaging upon arrival.  Cheesecake will be chilled upon delivery. Cakes can be placed in the freezer inside the VCC box for up to 6 months, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or promptly consumed upon arrival  - no judging here!  Refrigerate or freeze  uneaten cheesecake - if any!

To serve:  
If frozen, thaw 4 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator before serving. Please remove plastic wrapping and collar before thawing. Enjoy Vermont cheesecake slightly chilled. 

​To slice:
 Using a knife dipped in warm water to slice cheesecake  works well. Dip knife in warm water & carefully wipe with towel after each slice.

Shipping :
We charge $15 for UPS 2 -day shipping and UPS Ground /1-day delivery within the UPS East coast zone. Cakes headed elsewhere in the continental US will have an additional $10 shipping cost.  West coast states will have an additional $20 shipping cost. Apologies, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii - yet...
